Bike Return Policy: You may return a new un-ridden bicycle purchased from Bluestone Bike & Run for store credit within seven days of purchase, except the holiday season when we will accept bicycle returns until January 10th. Bluestone Bike & Run reserves the right to make a full or partial refund based on the condition of the bicycle. We will issue the refund in the same manner the bicycle was purchased. If the bike was purchased with a check we will issue a refund check within 7 business days of the bicycle return.

Special Order Policy: A deposit is required for all special orders. If the customer decides to cancel the special order, they must do so within 24 hours of placing the order, and they will be issued a refund in the form of store credit. Cancellations are not an option for bikes priced greater than $1,000.

Shoe Return Policy: You may return a new un-worn pair of shoes purchased from Bluestone Bike & Run for a refund within fourteen days of purchase, except the holiday season when we will accept returns until January 10th. We want you to have the correct pair of shoes for your feet, so we allow exchanges for shoes that have been worn but do not fit properly for 30 days from the date of purchase. In short if they have been worn we will re-fit you and exchange your shoes for a new pair with in 30 days.

Equipment, Parts and Accessories Return Policy: Any of these items may be returned in new condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with customer's original purchase receipt.

*We will not give you a refund on any item that has been damaged in use under normal conditions, i.e: we will not make a refund on a derailleur damaged while riding, or a pair of shorts torn in a crash.
